The Senate Appropriations Revenue Committee, on Mondaty evening, voted 10-5 against the with two members abstaining, accordiny to the Lexington Herald-Leader. The House had previouslty passedthe bill. The legislation would have permitted video-lotteryy terminals at Kentucky horse including Turfway Parkin Florence.
